Ladies Happy Hour - All Women Support Group

Ladies Happy Hour is a support for women. Our support group is designed specifically for ambitious women who are seeking to rebuild and transform their lives after a major relationship, loss or transition event. Whether you're feeling lost, angry, confused, or stuck, our support group will help you find your way to clarity.

Each support group will have a specific topic that the faciliator will discuss in detail. There will be discussions and occassional activities. The purpose of the support group is to give women an opportunity to gain insight, tools and tips for everyday life. We understand the challenges you face and the emotions you are feeling. That's why our workshops are designed to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, connect with other like-minded women, and receive the support you need.

With a focus on self-reflection, self-care, healthy relationships, communication skills, personal development, healthy marriages, and more our support group will provide you with the tools and resources you need to move forward with confidence and clarity

Participants should be prepared for this workshop with a journal or paper and a pen for note taking.

Ticket includes light refreshments  including non alcoholic drinks

Group limited to 12 seats. 2hr support group

$50+3.50 processing fee

Group rules will be explained and strictly enforced. If rules are violated you will be asked to leave.
