About the event
Death, Divorce, Separation, Change can all cause you to be overwhelmed with grief. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things you’ll ever experience. You may feel as if you’ll never recover or never live life with joy again. Although it feels heavy, coping with grief is possible. In this safe space you will be able to process your pain and gain insight on the process on grief that you are currently in. Although it feels that all hope is gone in this support group we will discuss how hope is restored after loss.
